Maine - New Hampshire Ananda Satsang (Fellowship)


Meet other local people who practice Meditation. Learn techniques based on the teachings of the great Master Paramhansa Yogananda: energization exercises, gentle yoga postures, affirmations, chanting and meditation.

Come "Awake and Ready" in comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and a shawl. Cushions are available. Refreshments are served and donations are appreciated.

Events are canceled in inclement weather, ie Ice or Snow storms. If uncertain about an event being canceled, please call Kristy at 207-361-2127.
