Directions:
Take 1-95 to the York Exit. Follow signs off the ramp to Route 1. Bear right (before the traffic light) onto Route 1 South. Proceed South on Route 1. After the second traffic light, proceed to left turn lane and turn left at Century 21. Enter the L-shaped driveway of York Cottage Place (to the right of Century 21 sign) and proceed to the center of the complex to Unit F. The Ananda Yoga & Meditation Center is located on the second floor, Suite 208.
